Registration

• The online registration is available here until 6th of November.
• There is no participation fee for ELARD members. Food will be covered for all the members, accommodation will be covered only for ELARD official representative members (1 person per country).
• All participants will be accommodated in Laulasmaa Spa hotel (look more in registration form).

• Laulasmaa Spa hotel is located in a naturally beautiful place by the sea in North-Estonia, ca 50 kilometers from Tallinn (40 minutes’ drive by car) - www.laulasmaa.ee/en.
• The transfer will be provided for the members, who will arrive to Tallinn airport latest by 7 pm on 22nd Nov and leave from Laulasmaa around 1 pm on 24th Nov. Otherwise, it is possible to take a taxi or make some personal agreements with organizers, if possible.
• In free time, you could use hotel’s SPA center for free. Please bring your swimming suite with you - www.laulasmaa.ee/en/water-and-sauna-center
