| Backround of the project: |
The entrepreneur is active since 2004. He has made investments for floating sauna, motor-floater and floating house and canoes. This project idea arose from the need to broaden the range of offered services with innovative initiatives. So they came up with an idea to purchase water-bikes. They received information about water-bikes from USA. Nobody was offering this kind of service in Estonia. The producer of these water-bikes is called Hyrobikes Ontario who constructs these kind of bikes. |

Purchasing 20 water-bikes (Hyrobike) from USA. They will be used on trips of River Vigala and also in other events in Estonia (company events, summer days, water festivals etc.) |
| Output and results indicators: |
The project was very successful and innovative because nobody has used this type of water bikes on Estonian rivers. After realizing the project the tourism entrepreneur had the chance to widen its range of different services by offering innovative way to fish for fishermen who could reach to the places which are unapproachable from the shore. Project gave an added value to the tourists who were using the following services of Ltd Parvematkad: canoe trips, floater trips, spending the spare time in floating sauna and floating house.
The project helped to create cooperative relations between Ltd Parvematkad and Hyrobikes Ontario, Ltd Parvematkad is thereby an official retail sales agent of Hyrobikes Ontarorio products in Estonia and probably in the whole Scandinavia.
Ltd Parvematkad constantly widens the range of offered services by using the tourism, catering, handicraft, transport and accommodation services of municipality and Estonia and thereby creating a close cooperation network between different entrepreneurs. |
