The training on communication skills for rural advisors' will take place on August 9-10, 2022
Learning objectives: successfully completed the training
- knows the basics of communication and knows the most important communication techniques, especially for an advisory conversation
- can create and professionally manage relationships with people in their environment
- can think through his perception/communication and develop it further.
The topics covered are related to the basics of communication: communication models and basic communication techniques such as active listening and questioning. Special attention is paid to the structure of a successful counseling conversation and dealing with resistance.

The seminar will be led by Kaja Piirfeldt and Hanna Tamsalu, CECRA trainer-candidates.
The seminar language is Estonian
The seminar is a second event to the CECRA training program . The Certificate for European Consultants in Rural Areas (CECRA) is a competency program in European Member States in the field of advisory methodology. If the requirements of CECRA are met, it is possible to start issuing a certificate valid in Europe.
